Food Art & Edible Installations

Hailed by Dom Pérignon as one of the top three food artists in the world, Wolfe creates participatory artwork that fuses performance art, installation, sculpture, and spectacle. Famous for his high-energy "Pollock-style" chocolate deconstruction shows, he spearheaded a major creative tour throughout China for the relaunch of the Four Seasons Hotel Group.

His most noted milestone is the Tom Wolfe Artist Residency at the Salvador Dalí Expo (K11 Art Mall, Shanghai). Here, he debuted Inside the Cake—a massive, immersive installation that served as the exhibition's entrance, drawing over 1,000 guests per day. Creating live to an 80s electronic soundtrack, Wolfe invited guests to eat cupcakes, interact, and immerse themselves in the scent of vanilla icing. This groundbreaking residency firmly established Wolfe as a leading global contemporary artist.
