Bespoke Culinary Services for Luxury Brands & Private Clients

Wolfe envisions canapés as miniature culinary masterpieces, balancing 50% avant-garde design with 50% global culinary heritage. Served exclusively on custom-designed, studio-crafted structural vessels, his work is inspired by upcycled materials, fashion, and structural engineering. This boundary-pushing presentation has secured major acclaim from Architectural Digest, The Barbican, and Vicky Richardson, former Head of Architecture at the Royal Academy of Arts.
This dramatic canvas brings to life an extraordinary culinary journey. Guests are treated to a sophisticated menu that travels from the bold, old-world flavours of traditional Zakuski gathered through the former Soviet Union, to refined modern tapas from Spain, France, and modern Europe, all punctuated by the vibrant, punchy notes of humble global street food.

Whatever the brief, Chef Wolfe delivers bespoke dining experiences that seamlessly blend culinary innovation, artistry, and sustainability. From elevated brunches and chic pop-up fashion cafés to modern art afternoon teas and immersive private dinners, every menu is custom-designed. We execute each concept with absolute precision and style, ensuring a high-end, unforgettable sensory experience for your guests.

Conceived by Chef Tom Wolfe, launched at Frieze London, and sponsored by Dom Pérignon. This collision of food, fashion, and design became an overnight global phenomenon. Alongside creative consultant and stylist Felix Elisabetta Forma — muse to Alexander McQueen — the duo crafts unforgettable experiences for VIP clients like Madonna, Roberto Cavalli, Dior, and Hennessy across four continents.
Wolfe handcrafts wearable, avant-garde trays from upcycled acrylics—including spiral truffle hats, shoulder trays, and 1930s Lalique-inspired ice plates. Forma styles the servers—exclusively fashion models—in haute couture, finished with Wolfe’s signature classic makeup and chignon hair. The result is a memorable, Instagram-ready spectacle. Most recently, Wolfe dazzled royalty, Bella Hadid, and Mohamed Hadid at Naomi Campbell’s Emerge showcase during the Qatar World Cup.

Hailed by Dom Pérignon as one of the top three food artists in the world, Wolfe creates participatory artwork that fuses performance art, installation, sculpture, and spectacle. Famous for his high-energy “Pollock-style” chocolate deconstruction shows, he spearheaded a major creative tour throughout China for the relaunch of the Four Seasons Hotel Group.
His most noted milestone is the Tom Wolfe Artist Residency at the Salvador Dalí Expo (K11 Art Mall, Shanghai). Here, he debuted Inside the Cake—a massive, immersive installation that served as the exhibition’s entrance, drawing over 1,000 guests per day. Creating live to an 80s electronic soundtrack, Wolfe invited guests to eat cupcakes, interact, and immerse themselves in the scent of vanilla icing. This groundbreaking residency firmly established Wolfe as a leading global contemporary artist.
