Tom ́s imagination and mastery of the avantgarde and of cuisines from around the world soon meant that he had a diverse client base, from artisans to celebrities such as Madonna and Jennifer Lopez, to fashion designers such as Stella McCartney and Vivienne Westwood, and to corporations such as Quintessentially, 20th Century Fox and Sony, producing events from intimate dinners to film premieres to huge corporate launches, always with his personal touch. His work with these people brought new inspiration to his ideas and his cooking. Tom often works in New York, Moscow, Kiev and Hong Kong, and so global trends and international clients also inspire him.
